What is fitness?

     According to the The United States Department of Health and Human Services (USDHHS), physical fitness is defined as "a set of attributes that people have or achieve that relates to the ability to perform physical activity".

      This description goes beyond being able to run long distance or lift a lot at the gym. Fitness is more than simply a questions of listing which activities you do or how long you do them for. Despite being important, these attributes only address single areas of fitness.


It's benefits. 


        As fitness professionals, we spend a great deal of time inspiring and assisting others in their pursuit of improved health. Education is an important aspect of this. We must promote the benefits of regular activity and help people understand why they should be active. It also will help you educate your clients about the benefits of activity and why each of these benefits is important to long-term health.

Exercises for the hips and thighs.

       Hip and thigh area can help you feel sexy, attractive, more confident and happy. Your clothes will fit better, you will attract more lookers smile and you will enjoy looking at yourself in the mirror, naked. In addition, strong hips and thighs, strong and toned you are helpful for long-term fitness and health.

        The definition of sexy hips and thighs can mean different things to different women. There may be additional fat and flab that needs to be reduced or eliminated. Some may be too skinny and flat with no muscle shape


        Some exercises are best hips and thighs has been introduced and is very easy to do. Ways will be displayed in the video below.
